Booking Conditions
Please ensure you have read and understood the booking conditions before booking any courses and events.Course Bookings
All bookings must be made using the course booking form. Spaces are limited to 2 persons per company for some courses. At the time of booking we are happy to take the names of other staff wishing to attend the training and will contact you should additional spaces become available. All places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment for Courses
All of our courses are VAT exempt. We request that payment for courses is sent by cheque at the time of booking. Please let us know if for any reason this is not possible. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Destination Bristol’ and posted to:

Changes to Courses by the Retail Skills Network
At the time of publication all information has been checked and to our knowledge is correct. However, for reasons beyond our control, changes may need to be made to the dates, times and venues. We cannot therefore guarantee that the training programme detailed will be followed as published, and reserve the right to make these changes.
Cancellation of Course by Delegate
If you wish to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible in order that we can offer your space to somebody else. Cancellations must be made by email or in writing. A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 days before the course. Refunds on cancellations made after that time will be subject to discussion with the Retail Skills Network. Cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the course are non-refundable. Please let us know if you wish to substitute an alternative delegate at no additional charge.
Cancellation of Course(s) by the Retail Skills Network
Sometimes there has to be a minimum number of delegates on a course to make it viable, and if this is not reached then we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this case there would be a full refund of payment made. Notification of cancellation will be made at the earliest opportunity.

If you attend any of our courses or events, we will automatically add your details to our email and postal mailing list, so that we can keep you updated about future events and activities which may be of interest. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know.

European Social Funding
In order to gain the subsidies for training, each organisation must complete the ESF form below. Only one form is required per organisation not per trainee.
