Free Retail Qualifications

NVQs at Level 2 & 3 in Retail Operations are offered free of charge to independent retailers across Gloucestershire. The Retail Skills Network is co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Learning and Skills Council.

If you think your staff could benefit from gaining a vocational qualification, an NVQ in Retail Operations could be the answer. This vocational qualification is available at Sales Advisor and Supervisor Level and is designed to enhance effectiveness in a retail career.

The NVQ is designed to cover the diversity of roles individuals may undertake within the retail environment.
